Annette Garber enjoys living in Baytown and takes great pride in her home within the Eastpoint Subdivision Homeowners Association. Her love for her community is evident in everything she does, making it an even better place to call home.

Since joining the Board of Directors in 2017, Annette has become a beloved and dedicated pillar of her community. She has played a pivotal role in organizing every community fall festival, pouring her heart into each event and ensuring they’re always a memorable success. Without Annette’s tireless dedication, the neighborhood wouldn’t have the events everyone looks forward to each year.

What truly sets Annette apart is the genuine care she shows for her neighbors. She takes the time to connect with everyone, building relationships that strengthen the bonds within the community. Annette is deeply committed to making a positive impact every single day, and it’s clear that her passion for service is what truly makes a difference in the lives of others.

Employee Anniversaries

We love to celebrate special milestones with our employees.  In the Employee Corner of each eNews issue, we will list all employees who have reached their first anniversary with our company.  Additionally, once employees reach five years and become stockholders, we recognize them each year on their anniversary month.

Newest Stockholders

September 2020 was a big hiring month for us, and now, five years later, we welcome four newest stockholders as they reach their 5th year anniversaries with the company.   

Alexia Jones, HIR Coordinator, brings a positive vibe to the office. She’s happy to have developed meaningful relationships with her team while also pursuing her ultimate professional goal to become a middle school math teacher. During downtime, Alexia attends music concerts and hangs out with friends and family. She also enjoys baking new desserts, and we always love it when she brings the results to the office to share!

Community Manager, Cassidy McNeal, prides herself in being able to find a common ground with community members to resolve a problem.  When not working hard for her clients, Cassidy spends time with her three nephews and two nieces.  She also likes to try new things and is always up for going out to listen to new music. 

A truly dependable team member, Administrative Assistant  Alexandria “Allie” Bakeman is always willing to support and take unexpected challenges with a positive attitude. Allie consistently demonstrates her flexibility, not just at work, but also in her personal life, where she enjoys her free time reading, working out, and traveling. As a fun fact, she’s visited over 30 states!  With her on the team, we know we always have someone whom we can always count on.    

Our final new September anniversary is Gabby Baird.  Gabby is an HIR Coordinator with a focus on new home construction for a master planned community.  She works directly with the builders and developers to ensure the desired look and feel of the community.  Gabby is a cat lover and proud fur mom to Buck and Kaneki.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and photography.  Gabby joined our team shortly after graduating high school, and it’s been truly impressive seeing her growth. 

One-Year Anniversaries

Congratulations to HIR Coordinator Lyka Isabel Tan on her first incredible year with the company. Lyka appreciates the valuable new experiences she’s had this year and is proud to have learned a new field.  Lyka loves going on adventures despite being a little afraid of heights. In the future, she wants to try solo-traveling. While she’s eager to explore and have adventures outside of work, she also looks forward to continued growth with the company and to always learning new things.

New Arrival

Congratulations to Accounting Team Member Cassandra Fielder on her new arrival. 

Cassandra and her husband Kody welcomed baby girl Phoebe LaVerne into the world on May 20th, weighing in at 7lbs 13 oz.  At almost 4 months old, Phoebe is now 15lbs and loves to talk gibberish, drool, and chew on her fingers.
