Humble Office Construction Update
Our new Houston Region Headquarters is underway! We are excited about the continued progress of our new office in Atascocita.
Our construction team is on schedule with the anticipated move-in date for Summer 2021. The steel framing for the building has gone up, the parking lot has been framed, and the concrete has been poured.
We’ve even met some of our new neighbors and are working with the adjacent community association to install a perimeter fence around the property.
We will continue to share regular updates on construction progress.
Unique Event for Unique Times
by Deniece Reyes
Aliana Community Council is known for its signature events throughout the year where hundreds of homeowners come out and celebrate many holidays like Easter, Christmas, and Halloween. Like many around the world, the Council has had to come up with creative ways to continue to foster a vibrant community lifestyle through special events in such a gloomy time due to the pandemic.
Normally for Halloween, the Council invites a local band to play on the event lawn while residents gather and participate in a costume contest and other fun and games. This year we were unable to host the concert so we held a Spooky Drive-Thru Experience instead!
This unique Drive-Thru Experience was held on Halloween Night at The Club at Aliana. Residents remained safe in their vehicles while driving through a spooky tent with fog. The tent was an experience for all of the senses with Halloween music and light pyrotechnics.
As they exited the first tent they were greeted by a juggling stilt walker and magician. They also received freshly spun cotton candy and hot buttered popcorn.
The next stop was the Porte-Cochere where Spiderman and Frozen’s Elsa treated residents to goodie bags filled with candy and fun swag from our generous sponsors.
Residents were also given a map of the community with all of the homes participating in Trick or Treating to make it easy to navigate the rest of the evening.
We couldn’t end the experience there, as each resident exited, they were sent off with simulated fireworks!
It was a sight to see the many families dressed in their Halloween costumes in appreciation of the event. The excitement on the residents’ faces is what makes what we do FUN and not work!
2nd Annual Lake McQueeney Holiday Boat Parade
by Summer Smith
The holiday spirit was in the air (or on the water) at our Lake McQueeney communities on December 4th. Two of our communities: Las Brisas Homeowners Association & Lakeridge Home Owners Association are both located on Lake McQueeney and participated in the 2nd Annual Lake McQueeney Holiday Boat Parade.
The event started last year and is sure to become a cherished tradition for all residents along Lake McQueeney. Before the boat parade, the boaters participate in a decorating contest. Residents go all out to decorate their boats and docks with everything festive, such as holiday lights, inflatables, Christmas trees, and more. Holiday music is playing while the judges deliberate on who will be winning one of the 3 trophies up for grabs!
After the judges announce the results, the nautical procession begins. The parade-goers start at the Lake Breeze Ski Lodge, travel around Treasure Island, and upriver to circle around the Las Brisas marina and back. All the while, the boats are glowing on the water.
This is a very unique way to celebrate the holiday season and yet another reason why residents of Lake McQueeney worked so hard to save their beloved lake!
Big congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Darr of Las Brisas for winning Best in Show! And a big thank you to McQueeney Boat Detailing & Precision Boat Works for sponsoring this year’s event!
It was a fun evening for folks both on water and land.
We are proud of every one of our communities, so it is always hard to find just one to highlight. We start by having each of our Community Managers write a nomination for one of their communities. We then read them and take a vote. Here are our most recent selections:

C.I.A. Services is excited to welcome one of our newest communities!
We are very pleased to announce the return of the Cypress Forest Lakes Community Association! We originally began managing Cypress Forest Lakes in 2013. The community decided to try a different direction a little over a year ago. After a fifteen-month sabbatical, they realized what they were missing and rejoined the C.I.A. Services family. We are happy to welcome them back!
Every month we appreciate the communities that are celebrating their anniversaries with us. Here are the clients that started with us in December.
Our goal has always been to create a positive, long-term relationship with all of our client communities. We are very proud to be managing all of these communities.
