Our Southwest Houston Office Moves West!

Our Southwest Houston Office is excited to announce that we will be moving to a new location!  We will continue to serve clients and manage communities in the same areas as before but with a well-designed space better suited for our team.

The office features ideal conference facilities that will be available for community meetings, ample parking space for guests, and other great amenities. We know that this change will only help us become more efficient in assisting our clients every day.

The new 2,000-square-foot offices are located on I-10 West just west of Highway 6 at One Park Ten Plaza; it is conveniently located off of the freeway.  Our team will be moving into their new offices on November 21st.  With this move, the office will be referred to as the C.I.A. Services West Houston office.

Breaking Ground in Humble

Our leadership team at C.I.A. Services, Inc. joined O’Donnell/Snider Construction for a groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate the construction of our new regional headquarters located in Humble, Texas. The 15,000-square-foot, single-story building was designed by Tramonte Design Studio to offer an inviting, modern feel, suitable for both team members and clients. The new development will join the Atascocita area at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, nearby many of our current clients.

As a Houston-based establishment for over 36 years, it was a natural and logical decision to acquire a permanent base in the Humble area. With the new office, we plan to gain efficiencies to even better serve our communities. With the goal of further growth in the Houston metropolitan area, this move complements C.I.A Services’ ongoing mission to provide every level of service that a community association needs.

We will continue to provide updates throughout the process and are thrilled to soon have our own location in such close proximity to many of our existing communities. Construction is underway and is estimated to be completed in June 2021.

As always, we will continue serving our communities with no changes or interruptions to all of our clients.

Community Spotlight

We are proud of every one of our communities, so it is always hard to find just one to highlight. We start by having each of our Community Managers write a nomination for one of their communities. We then read them and take a vote. Here are our most recent selections:

  • October - Artesian Lakes Community Association - Humble Office - Linda Morris
  • September - Cinco Ranch Residential Association II - Humble Office - Laura Tate & Kim Cowart
  • August - Valley Lodge Property Owners Association - Southwest Houston Office - Libby Hodges
  • July - Sunrise Pines Homeowners Association - Humble Office - Kaila Gattis
  • June - Indian Shores Property Owners Association - Humble Office - Brenda Ellington
  • May - Aliana Homeowners Association - Southwest Houston Office - Deniece Reyes

New Communities

This month, C.I.A. Services is welcoming two new communities!

We are very pleased to announce the return of the Palo Blanco Homeowners Association! We originally began managing Palo Blanco in September 2014. With a change in the Board, the community decided to try a different direction one year ago. They soon realized what they were missing and we are happy to welcome them back to working with C.I.A. Services!

We are also very excited to begin servicing The Ridge at Deerfield Homeowner’s Association, our newest San Antonio community! The Ridge at Deerfield is a beautiful 99-home gated community on the north side of San Antonio. It is next to two of our other communities, Deerfield and Deer Hollow. The Board is looking for a better approach with its owners, improved communications, and more guidance form their management partner. They have been searching for C.I.A. Services!
