Nikki Bautista of Cinco Ranch II
by Kim Cowart & Lindsay Scholfield

The residents of Cinco Ranch II are known for being kind and generous individuals.  It is of no surprise that is the case for resident Nikki Bautista. Nikki started out life as a chemical engineer, but after becoming a Mother of 2 beautiful girls, realized, her kids were the most important thing in the world to her.  Nikki quit her job, but she was still passionate about bringing her family and others together.  From her strong desire to bring families together came the idea of, The Family Playhouse.  Nikki created this business with the sole intention of bringing families together at dinner time for a good, wholesome meal, and engaging families with fun and enriching activities.

In 2016, as a resident of Cinco Ranch II, Nikki brought her time and talents to Food Truck Friday, to enrich the family activities hosted during the event (which averages 5,000 residents in attendance!).  She has volunteered her time over the last 2 years at multiple events, bringing a variety of games, crafts, and a fun outlook to her neighbors in Cinco Ranch II.  Residents adore her activities and have come to know her as one of the friendly faces of the community.

Recently, Nikki expanded her business and now brings these same amazing activities to many other communities, including several C.I.A. Services manages, such as Cross Creek Ranch and Aliana.  She will also be offering a fun camp this summer at the Cinco Ranch Lake House, allowing families a chance to “go around the world in a WEEK!”  Residents of Cinco Ranch II are extremely excited to see this fun, family based activity being offered within the community.

Though Nikki temporarily relocated to California, she has managed to keep The Family Playhouse alive and well, bringing the spirit of family togetherness to all of her neighbors while on the West Coast.  She will be moving back here shortly, and plans to volunteer more of her time to pursue her biggest passion – family meal time.

Anniversaries

We love to celebrate special milestones with our employees. In the Employee Corner of each eNews issue, we will list all employees that have reached their 1 year anniversary with our company.  Additionally, once employees reach five years and become stockholders, we recognize them each year on their anniversary month.

Congratulations to Renea Miksch on her 33rd anniversary! Renea is an Executive Vice President, Branch Manager of our Humble office, Community Manager, and stockholder. Not only does Renea offer her support and guideance to her coworkers, she spends her free time coaching the girls on her daughter’s basketball team.

Laura Tate of our Humble office is celebrating 25 years with the company this month.  Laura Tate is also an Executive Vice President in addition to Community Manager and stockholder.  When Laura is not at work, you can frequently find her enjoying a music concert with her daughters and friends. Her musical tastes range from classical to alternative and everythign in between.

We are pleased to announce that Margie De La Cruz of our Southwest Houston office has been with C.I.A. Services for 18 awesome years.  Margie provides an array of clerical support to the company and we would be lost without her!  When in search of supply items, Margie is our girl. Whether it be a clip board or a special pen, she has a place for everything. Some have a theory that she has invisible cabinets built into the walls!

We are also pleased to congratulate Judieth Simon as she celebrates her 1 year anniversary!  Judieth is the Community Assistant for Aliana.  She helps residents with their personal events at the facility and also helps plan amazing community events for all residents. We can always find her at the clubhouse with her wonderful smile!
