" Just wanted to thank you for the ACC training last night. I recognize that CIA endures an expense and extra time from its senior leaders to inform board members and community  volunteers on various aspects on the management of our communities; in my opinion, this is time well spent!   This training certainly sets you apart, thus differentiating you from your competitors. I want you to know that I both recognize and appreciate that."
