Professional Community Association Management Since 1984
" I have been to a few of the seminars and they have greatly increased my understanding of how the Board of Directors should work. I was never given very much information about how to be an officer. The seminars have made me more confident as an officer of my HOA. I had no idea on how to create a budget, read a budget or use a budget to help my community, but the seminar on budgeting really opened my eyes on how we can make our HOA better financially."
