Community Managers – OVERVIEW: The Community Manager is responsible for managing the business of our client communities and ensuring the client Association’s compliance with local, state, and federal property laws. Work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. but may require additional hours to meet the needs of the client. Must be able to work flexible hours. Serves as the primary contact with the community Board of Directors and as a representative of C.I.A. Services for the community. On average attends 4 to 6 evening meetings per month and occasional weekend events or meetings. Prepares bid specifications, solicits proposals and oversees awarded contracts. Works closely with the Community Manager to obtain bids for various work orders and oversee the work to its completion. This position spends approximately one-third of their time in the field reviewing facilities and meeting with contractors. Special Events Coordinator  – Coordinate social events and meetings for the various communities. Working with office staff and various vendors to make sure events are well organized. The types of events include Easter egg hunts, pool splash days, National Night Out gatherings and community meetings. Job Description
Community Coordinator – This is a specialized position working on-site in our communities. The responsibilities vary from community to community but generally include coordination of community programs and events, communications through web site and newsletters and providing information to residents. Inspectors – Performs driving inspections of all properties in communities for deed restriction issues. These are contract positions with the work generally done on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week.
