Bluebonnet Park and Lakeside Park are available to property owners and their guests. However, if you plan to have a large gathering (25 limit), we recommend reserving one of the pavilions for for exclusive use. There is no "rental fee" associated with the pavilion reservations, however, there is a $30 admin fee. 

Effective October 1, 2023, a $30 Non-Refundable  Reservation Admin Fee is charged to owners for reservation requests.  

MEMBERS ONLY HOLIDAYS. No parties, reservations, or guests are permitted in the park on holidays.

All DBPOA members (over the age of 18) who desire access or continued access to either or both Bluebonnet Park and Lakeside Park, must complete the required Liability Form.

BLUEBONNET PARK – members must submit the Waiver of Liability, Disclaimer and Indemnity Agreement.

BBP POOL– members must submit the Pool Rules and Waiver of Liability Form

LAKESIDE PARK – members must submit the Lakeside Park Amenity /Usage Agreement Form

All Forms/Agreements are located on the website, in the “Community Documents” tab, under “Forms”.  Each Agreement must be submitted with a color copy of your ID.

New rules and restrictions for Lakeside Park have been implemented to support a positive experience for all members.  Members are encouraged to READ the Agreement(s) carefully.
