Road Closure Damage Responsibility
Good morning Dancing Bear Residents,

In an effort to protect the association from further litigation (damage or injury), we would like to remind everyone that the POA retains the ability and legal grounds to fine and seek damages should any property owner, their guests, contractors, and/or family/friends, were to drive through the work zone once it has been closed off.

To be clear, the sponsoring POA member will have to pay for ANY and ALL damages and restorative costs should they, their guests, contractors, and/or family/friends, drive through the work zones.
