National Night Out & Resident Appreciation
The 2024 National Night Out & Resident Appreiation event for Traces II was a tremendous success, bringing together residents, law enforcement, and local organizations in a shared effort to strengthen community ties. National Night Out, an annual event that began in 1984, encourages neighborhoods across the country to build positive relationships with local law enforcement and take an active role in crime prevention. This year, Traces II embraced that mission, with neighbors coming together to discuss safety initiatives, foster a sense of unity, and demonstrate their commitment to creating a safer, more connected community. A special thank you goes to all the board members and volunteers whose hard work and dedication made this event possible. Their contributions were instrumental in making National Night Out a success!

October Board Meeting (Board of Directors Meeting)

The Board of Directors for the Traces II Community Improvement Association will be having its next board meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at the community pool area, located at 4505 Tracemeadow Drive. 

Homeowners are invited to attend the Open Session of the Board Meeting. An open forum will be held and guests may ask general questions about the community during this time. To have a private discussion with the Board please email customercare@ciaservices.com to have your question added to the next available executive session portion of the meeting.
