Streamlined Communication: Our Newsletter Moves Online for Timelier Updates

In an effort to provide you with more timely updates and streamline our communication, we will be transitioning from our traditional printed newsletter to an online format. Our neighborhood newsletter will now be available on our website’s News and Events page. This change will not only help us disseminate general information and updates more efficiently but also eliminate the time-consuming process of creating, formatting, and gathering multiple pieces of information at one time. 1st Reconvened 2025 Annual Member Meeting (Member Meetings)

The 1st Reconvened 2025 Annual Meeting of Villages of Tour 18 Homeowners Association, Inc. will be on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the C.I.A. Services’ Houston Office, located at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, Humble, Texas 77346.
Unfortunately, the quorum requirements of the association were not met at our last attempt. Thus, the Election of Directors was unable to take place. However, an update on the community’s projects and progress was given. The purpose of the 1st Reconvened 2025 Annual Meeting is for the Election of Directors only. You will not need to submit a new vote if you have already submitted your ballot by mail, fax, online, or in person at the meeting.
