Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Hidden Springs Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at The Hive, located at 139 Crepe Myrtle, Fredericksburg, Texas 78624.

At this meeting, two votes will be taken. The first vote will be for the election to the Board of Directors. The second will be for the Third Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. This ballot is only for the vote on the Third Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
