Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Dancing Bear Property Owners’ Association, Inc. will be on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Mico Volunteer Fire Department, located at 7121 Co Rd 271, Mico, Texas 78056.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years.

Three positions on the Architectural Control Committee will be filled in this election to serve for a term of one year.

Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
