Why are we conducting this election?
MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of The Summit Homeowners Association, Inc. will be on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Seguin Public Library, located at 313 West Nolte St., Seguin, Texas 78155. For your convenience, this meeting will also be held online. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice. Please note that residents who attend online will not be able to vote at the meeting.
If quorum is not met at the February 12th meeting, Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 1st reconvened meeting. If quorum is not met at the March 5th meeting, Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 2nd reconvened meeting. Both reconvene meetings will be held online using the same connection information as the February 12th meeting.
ELECTION. If quorum is not met at the February 12th meeting, Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 1st reconvened meeting. If quorum is not met at the March 5th meeting, Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 2nd reconvened meeting. VALIDATION. You must enter the 6 digit PIN from the written meeting announcement to validate your vote. Votes without a PIN or with an incorrect PIN will not be counted.
