Pool / Clubhouse Reservation

The pool and clubhouse are located at 139 Crepe Myrtle, Fredericksburg, Texas 78624, and are available to rent for private events. Please review the rental agreement by clicking here for details.

All rentals must be requested a minimum of two weeks from the desired rental date. To schedule your rental, please check the calendar to make sure that your date is available, then review and complete the reservation request form below the calendar. Please email signed reservation request forms to CustomerCare@ciaservices.com. A C.I.A. Services representative will contact you within two to three business days with additional information. Please note that the calendar may not reflect recently confirmed rentals. Availability shown on the calendar does not guarantee availability.
