Horse, Hike & Bike Trails
We have two designated trails restricted to horseback, riding, hiking, and biking. One runs approximately 2.5 miles from the Horse Arena to the end of Palomino Springs. The other is a more rugged trail offering an alternative to the winding paved road into the River Park It begins at the end of Little Sorrell Way and ends just inside the park. This opens the River Park to horseback riding, hiking and biking exclusively for owners at Bridlegate Ranch. Click here for the map.

Other than our maintenance vehicles, motorized vehicles are prohibited on both trails. Please respect your neighbor’s property by only entering/exiting the trails at the designated points.

A reminder that all roads in Bridlegate Ranch are used by horseback riders, carts/rangers, hikers and bikers ... so please drive slow, obey speed limits, and watch out for your neighbors.

Exterior Modifications
Exterior Modifications All exterior alterations or improvements to property in Bridlegate Ranch must be reviewed and approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. If it is not approved as submitted, the ACC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval.

To complete your application, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There you will enter all of the information needed in order for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied with project details or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project in conjunction to the property lines and easements when applicable.

As soon as you have gathered your information, you are ready to get started.
