2025 Pool Card Distribution!

The board will be handing out pool cards on Monday, March 31st and April 10th at the Clubhouse from 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm.

• Proof of Residency is Required (photo ID showing a Rancho Verde Address or Photo ID and a utility bill showing a Rancho Verde Address)
• If you are leasing the property, you will also need a photo copy of your current lease. (Page showing address, names, and lease period)
• The account must have a zero balance.
