Quarterly Board Meeting (Board of Directors Meeting)

The next quarterly TeasWood Board Meeting is scheduled for November 11, 2025, at the Worthington Manor Theater located at 1999 Lakes of Wedgewood Drive. The Board will begin the meeting with an Open Session, which will include the adoption of the 2026 budget based on the voting results. TeasWood Owners are welcome to attend the Open Session.

2025 Assessment Increase Vote (Members Meeting)

A Special Meeting of the Members of TeasWood Community Improvement Association, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the Worthington Manor Theater, located at 1999 Lakes of Wedgewood Dr, Conroe, Texas 77304. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a vote on an increase to the annual assessment. This increase would be from $1,600.00 to $2,000.00. The proposed increase will cover inflationary impacts to the Association’s maintenance and small project costs.
