Electric Services
Electric services are provided to TeasWood by Entergy. Click here to log into your Entergy account, pay a bill, report a street light outage, or visit their website. You can also speak to a representative by calling 1-800-ENTERGY (1-800-368-3749). 

Is there an outage in your area? Below is a list of options for reporting or requesting an update on a current outage.

• Report an outage online.
• Text OUT to 36778. You can also sign up for Outage Texting.
• Download the Entergy App and select outage.
• Call 1-800-9OUTAGE (1-800-968-8243).

Call Before You Dig
As a reminder, call 811 before you dig in any area that may contain utility lines. You can find more info here: https://texas811.org/every-dig-counts

Natural Gas Service

On CenterPoints’ website, you can pay a bill or obtain general information about your home’s service. You can also call 713-659-2111 or 800-752-8036 to speak to a representative.  If you see or smell a leak, call CenterPoint Energy immediately at 713-659-2111 or 888-876-5786.

Trash Service
TeasWood’s trash service is provided by Waste Management which is contracted by the City of Conroe.

Collections are once a week on Monday. Garbage must be at curbside by 6:30 a.m. on collection days in the designated 96-gallon cart.

Recycling will be collected weekly on the same day your waste is collected. Click here for more information on the Recycle Right program. 

Bulk waste is provided once a month on the third Wednesday. Bulk waste refers to appliances, furniture, and other large household items too large for normal weekly collection. NO construction debris, household hazardous waste, concrete, bricks, roofing, vehicles or parts, oils, antifreeze, computers, televisions, household waste, dirt, and lumber will be accepted in bulk services. Holidays observed: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. There will be no service on these holidays. Service will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.
