Contract Constable Patrol

Atascocita Timbers/Atascocita Park has entered into a joint contract with several other Atascocita area communities for contract patrol services through Harris County Constable Precinct 4. Constables began contract services in ATHAC as of March 1, 2017. Click here to view the monthly patrol reports.

December Board Meeting (Board Meeting)

The next meeting of the Atascocita Timbers Homeowners Association Board of Directors will be on Tuesday, December 17, 2025. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be held at C.I.A. Services, 18333 Timber Forest Drive.

The Open Session will begin at 6:00 p.m., and homeowners are invited to attend at this time to ask general community questions during the Open Forum. For a discussion with the Board about a private matter, please email customercare@ciaservices to provide details and a time will be arranged for the next Executive Session.
