Pool Wristbands
Pool Wristbands *Please see below for COVID - 19 Enforcement:

Wristbands can be issued at this time by mail – the lifeguards will be verifying residency using an eligibility list that was provided to Aquatic Advisors on Friday evening.
At this time, you must be 18 or older to enter the pool – minors must be accompanied by an adult member of the household.
The pool is operating under 25% of normal capacity at this time, and following CDC and local safety guidelines as related to COVID19.

Wristband distribution days and times will be posted as soon as they have been set. There is no cost for wristbands.

After the community distribution dates, wristbands will be available through C.I.A. Services at no cost via online request at www.ciaservices.com by selecting Atascocita Timbers from the list of communities we manage and clicking on the Ask. Request. Submit tab. Once the request has been processed, the resident will receive an e-mail to advise them when their wristbands are ready to be picked up at the C.I.A. Services office. Residents on an established payment plan that are current on payments are eligible to receive wristbands.

Pool wristbands are available to adult homeowners with ID, along with their children. Each member of the household over the age of 5 is required to have a wristband to access the pool. Six wristbands per household limit.

Each homeowner with a wristband is permitted to take 2 guests to the pool (they must accompany them for the length of their guest’s time at the pool) - a maximum of 5 guests total per household.

Wristbands are limited in number, so it’s first come - first served, or until we run out.

 For security reasons:

- we now ask that an adult bring ID when they pick up bands for their household

- we can no longer allow neighbors to pick up bands for other households

- to ensure we have enough wristbands for our residents, we are no longer able to provide wristbands to homeowners for non-resident relatives or friends, nor frequent visitors. They can accompany you to the pool as one of your (2) two guests.

Pool wristbands are required to gain access to the pool and are available to adult homeowners with proof of identification and their children. The pool will open on Memorial Day weekend.

Association

Board of Directors
Board of Directors

The Association is operated by a seven-member Board of Directors who volunteer their time for the benefit of the community. The Board members are elected by the membership at the annual meeting for a term of two years. The Annual Meeting is held on in May of each year.

Each year, the membership elects four Directors in even-numbered years and three Directors in odd-numbered years. If a director is unable to complete their full term, the Board will appoint someone to fill that seat until that term expires. A list of the current board members is available on the Key Personnel page. A description of each position is available on the Become a Volunteer page.

Exterior Modifications
Exterior Modifications All exterior alterations or improvements to property in Atascocita Timbers must be reviewed and approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. The ARC will review the request and render a decision within 30 days. If it is not approved as submitted, the ARC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval.

To complete your application, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There you will enter all of the information needed in order for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied with project details or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project in conjunction with the property lines and easements when applicable.

As soon as you have gathered your information, you are ready to get started.

Visit the Community Documents page to review all of the Atascocita Timbers governing documents or click Modification Guidelines.

Assessments
Assessments The assessments are due on January 1st of each year and provide for services in the community such as common area landscaping, pool operations, and management services (just to name a few).

Every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment. If you do not receive a statement, please submit an accounts receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time.

You may submit your payment by mail, in person, or online.
