Mission: To endorse and promote the national Firewise program which emphasizes community involvement to reduce the risk of wildfires igniting homes. Responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance and safety of the community’s forested areas.

Mission: To oversee the maintenance of front yards, irrigation systems, common areas and landscaping outside the clubhouse and entrance. Members propose, discuss and make recommendations on the upkeep of Windsor Hills, including flowers, shrubs, mulch, tree trimming and mowing.

Mission: To preserve the design integrity and architectural quality of Windsor Hills homes, prevent the deterioration of the neighborhood, encourage environmental excellence and uphold property values. Members ensure compliance with Windsor Hills and Woodlands Township standards by reviewing homeowners’ Requests For Home Improvement Approval.
