Clubhouse And Grounds Committee

Mission: To oversee the maintenance of the clubhouse, parking lot, pool, spa and fitness center along with associated capital expenditures.

Communications Committee

Mission: To facilitate the free flow of information within the community. Members are involved with the newsletter and website as well as other projects.

Community Health & Safety Committee

Mission: To serve as the health and safety committee for the community, maintaining an Emergency Communications Plan and overseeing volunteer area coordinators.

Finance Committee

Mission: To monitor and report on the HOA’s financial position. Responsibilities include developing budget proposals, maintaining reserve accounts and long-range planning.

Firewise Committee

Mission: To endorse and promote the national Firewise program which emphasizes community involvement to reduce the risk of wildfires igniting homes. Responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance and safety of the community’s forested areas.

Landscape Committee

Mission: To oversee the maintenance of front yards, irrigation systems, common areas and landscaping outside the clubhouse and entrance. Members propose, discuss and make recommendations on the upkeep of Windsor Hills, including flowers, shrubs, mulch, tree trimming and mowing.

Special Projects

Mission: To oversee HOA-provided services such as house painting, door refinishing and fence replacement.

Standards & Education Committee

Mission: To preserve the design integrity and architectural quality of Windsor Hills homes, prevent the deterioration of the neighborhood, encourage environmental excellence and uphold property values. Members ensure compliance with Windsor Hills and Woodlands Township standards by reviewing homeowners’ Requests For Home Improvement Approval.
