Community Amenities
Windsor Hill is packed with great amenities and clubs for all resident to enjoy! Whether you like to go to events, take a walk or hang out by the pool, Windsor Hill is the place to be.
Amenities include a Billiards Room. Bocce Ball Court, Fitness Center, Grand Ballroom, Hiking and Bike Paths, Community Kitchen, Library, Club Windsor Lobby, Meeting Room, and a Pool and Spa.

Billiards Room
The Billiard room is a popular place to meet other residents and play games. Currently room has pool, card games, a TV and a sitting area.
Bocce Ball Court
Next to the swimming pool, sits the Bocce Ball court. This court is available to all residents and their guest for individual or tournament use.
Fitness Center
The fitness center is a great place to work out in comfort! Equipment includes treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, a rowing machine, free weights multipress, pulldown/seated rowing machine, leg extension/leg curl machine and resistance bands for individual workouts.
Grand Ballroom
Located inside the clubhouse is a large multi-use room, called the Grand Ballroom. Here, many community events and private parties are held. In addition, the Windsor Hills’ social groups use the space to host club meetings, parties, fitness classes, movies and so many other events.
Hiking and Bike Paths
The community features beautiful hiking and bike paths for all residents to enjoy. Starting at the clubhouse, you can hike or bike through the neighborhood, to the adjacent Lone Star College and across Highway 242 to The Woodlands’ network of over 220 miles of paved hike and bike paths.

Kitchen
Attached to the Ballroom is a large kitchen, featuring double ovens and an ice machine. Residents can use the kitchen during their events, club meetings and neighborhood parties!
Library
Located in Club Windsor is the community’s library. Here a large selection of books, magazines, puzzles and DVDs for residents to use.
Lobby
The Club Windsor lobby is a popular meeting place for residents. Here you can visit with others, relax and read a book, or speak to the onsite staff. If you are unable to make it up to Club Windsor, you can also contact the onsite team using the below.

Meeting Room
The meeting room, also known as the Arts & Crafts room is often used for Club and Board meetings, games and the community’s special projects. This room can also be rented by residents!
Pool and Spa
Behind Club Windsor is the community’s beautiful, resort-style heated pool and spa. The pool offers a large pool deck with seating for parties and lounging. Additionally, water fitness classes are offered four days a week and lap lanes allow for individual lap swimming.
The pool is open from the beginning of April through the end of October, weather permitting.
Association
Assessments
The monthly assessments are due by the 1st of each month and provide for services in the community. Every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment. If you do not receive a statement, please submit an accounts receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time.

Services and Utilities
Electric Services
Electric services are provided to Windsor Hills by Entergy. Click here to log into your Entergy account, pay a bill, report a street light outage, or visit their website. You can also speak to a representative by calling 1-800-ENTERGY (1-800-368-3749).

Trash Services
Windsor Hill’s trash service contract is managed through The Woodlands Township and is billed to individual homes. Waste Management is the service provider.
Garbage and yard trimmings are collected every Tuesday. Waste Management asks that yard trimmings and garbage be placed at the curb by 7:00 am on collection days and kept 4 feet away from the 96-gallon trash container.
Recycling is collected once a week. For more information, click here. You can also visit the local recycling center located at 5402 Research Forest Drive, behind the Bear Branch Recreation Center. Click here for the facility’s information.
Hours: Wednesday 4 to 7 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Oversized cardboard can be picked up upon request. To schedule this service, contact Waste Management at the contact information below.
Holidays observed are: New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. There will be no service on these holidays. Service will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.

Water Service
Water and wastewater services are provided through The Woodlands Water MUD District #67. To apply for new service, pay your bill, view service alerts, or ask questions, call 281-367-1271, visit Woodlands Water, or email billingdepartment@woodlandswater.org. The Woodlands Fire Department
