Electric Services
Electric service is provided by the Central Texas Electric Coop (CTEC).
For connections, questions or to pay your bill online, click here. You can also speak to a representative by calling 830-997-2126.
Internet Services
NexStream is the internet provider for the community. To set up services, visit their website by clicking here. You can also call 830-990-1118 or email info@nexstream.net for assistance.
Trash Services
Loma Vista does not have a set trash provider at this time. Homeowners can set up services with Republic or Vaquero Waste Services.

Water Service
Public water and sewer services are not currently available for Loma Vista properties. Each property owner is responsible for the digging and maintaining of their own well and septic system.
Do you need to install a well or septic system? Before installation, be sure to submit your home improvement request by clicking on the Ask.Request.Submit tab at the top of this page. For information on approvable well and septic systems check out the deed restrictions on the community document tab.
