Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. A Special Meeting of the Members of LVR Property Owners Association will be on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held online. To join, you may visit www.ciaservices.com and click on the special meeting link on your community home page. Listen through your device or call 1-346-248-7799. The purpose of this meeting is to elect two new directors. These positions were created when the previously voted on amendment was approved.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The candidate to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a three-year term ending in 2028. The candidate to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve for a term of two years, ending in 2027. Write-in candidates are allowed.
