2025 Special Meeting of the Members – Amendment to the Bylaws to increase the number of Board of Directors

This amendment is for Article VII, Section 3 of the bylaws and would change the number of Board of Directors from three (3) to five (5). The amendment is as follows:

Section 3. Number of Directors. The number of directors shall be five (5), and may be enlarged or decreased by the members of the Association by amendment to this Bylaw, provided that, in no event, shall the number of directors be reduced to be less than three (3).

Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The Special Meeting of the Members of LVR Property Owners Association will be on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held online. The purpose of this meeting is to announce the results of the vote for the Bylaws Amendment below. This amendment is for Article VII, Section 3 of the bylaws and would change the number of Board of Directors from three (3) to five (5). The amendment is as follows:
