Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. A Special Meeting of the members of Stable Gate Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the Community Pavilion next to the lake off Stable Lake Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to vote on the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions amendment. Click here to view the proposed amendment. According to Section XIV of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions;

Article XIV of the Declaration, as amended by the Fourth Amendment to the Declaration recorded under Harris County Clerk’s File No. V281195, provides that approval by the Owners of a majority of the Lots shall be required to amend, modify, or terminate the restrictions and covenants contained in the Declaration.
