Pavilion Calendar

The Pavilion located at 4850 Drew Forest Lane is available to residents for private functions. There is no cost for usage.

A key card is required to access the pavilion. If you are a homeowner, you have the option to purchase a key card at a cost of $20. Homeowners are not required to pay a deposit for pavilion use.

Tenants will be issued a key card no later than the day before their scheduled event. A $20 deposit will be required, which is refundable upon return of the key card provided the pavilion is left clean, with no damages and trash removed from the premises following your event.

No alcohol or glass bottles are allowed at the park or at the pool premises.

To reserve the pavilion, please check the calendar to make sure your date is available, then complete and send the reservation request form. A C.I.A. Services representative will contact you within 3-5 business days with additional information.
