At no time may the park be rented for a party to be held after dark (when the park closes).

At no time will the consumption and/or possession of alcohol be permitted at the park.

If music is played during the party, it is imperative that it be kept at a normal level so as not to create a nuisance for those homes surrounding the park area.

At no time will any private party be allowed to exceed 4 hours. Once your party is completed, the park will again be open to the other residents in the community.
