Why are we conducting this survey?

The Board of Directors is requesting your opinion on the community’s amenities and upkeep. The Board recognizes that assessments have been increasing each year to keep pace with inflation and fund needed repairs to the association. Unfortunately, the recent repairs have exceeded the budgeted amount the community collected. As a result, the association used funds from the replacement fund. This has resulted in a lower reserve for the association. Over the next year, the Board has several major projects planned and would like to know the importance of these projects to the residents. Additionally, they would like to know owners’ opinions on landscaping and beautification for these projects.  Some items scheduled this year are not included in this survey as they are required for maintenance that must be performed, i.e. pool resurfacing.  

Please keep in mind that choices will weigh heavily in the decision made and the possible increase to the annual assessments. The Board will vote on the 2027 Budget and assessments for our community on the next Board of Directors meeting on October 7, 2026.
