How do I know if a deposit is required for my request? Many communities require a deposit on some types of requests, such as pools. You can find out if your community requires a deposit or other special requirements by visiting your Community’s Information tab at the top of the page, then scroll down to Association Information.  The introduction page on your specific improvement will also provide guidance as to the requirements.

How long will it take for my application to be approved? Each Architectural Review Committee has specific guidelines on the time required to process a request. To find out about your community’s timeline, visit the Community Information tab at the top of the page and scroll down to Association Information.

Where can I find my Architectural Guidelines? Every community has Architectural Guidelines adopted by their Board of Directors.  You can find your community’s guidelines along with other governing documents by clicking on the Community Documents tab at the top of the page.
