Community Garage Sale

Good afternoon Pembroke Village Homeowners,
We are pleased to announce a community garage sale scheduled for the weekend of October 10–12, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day.
If you are interested in participating, please plan accordingly and ensure you are prepared for the event during those dates. You are also responsible for filing your own personal permit from the City of San Antonio for the Garage Sale. These can be obtained at your local HEB.
The gates will be held open during this time for the garage sale traffic. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

2025 Annual Meeting (Member Meeting)

The 2025 Annual Meeting of The S.A. Pembroke Village Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Pocket Park, located at the end of Pembroke Lane.
If a quorum is not met at the October 9th meeting, Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. This meeting will be held online. 3rd Quarter Board of Directors Meeting (Board of Directors)

The next meeting of the S. A. Pembroke Village Homeowners Association Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2025, immediately following the conclusion of the 2025 Annual Members Meeting. This meeting will be held in person at the PVHOA Pocket Park, located at the end of Pembroke Lane.
