2026 Annual Meeting (Board Meeting)

The 2026 Annual Meeting of The Summit at Bulverde Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the front of this page. Residents can also type the link provided on the front of this page in any browser to be connected. If a quorum is not met at the October 13th meeting, Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvened meeting. This meeting will be held online. To join, follow the instructions on the mailed notice.

In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings.

• All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
• You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
• Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.
