OCPOA Sectioned Street Maintenance
 

Street maintenance will begin August 31 and will be completed in sections throughout the community. Residents are asked to watch for posted schedules and avoid parking or driving in active work zones while repairs are underway.

Please remember:

Move vehicles out of affected areas before work begins to avoid towing.

Roads under repair will be closed for approximately 24 hours.

Park outside of the work zone and at least 50 feet away from treated streets.

Turn off sprinkler systems during scheduled work so the asphalt can cure properly.

Use extra caution around construction areas, especially with children and pets.

If weather delays the project, updated schedules will be posted on the HOA website and Pavecon’s project page.
