8000 Del Donore 2025 Meeting Schedule
Greetings Owners and Residents of 8000 Del Donore.
As you know the Board meets on the 4th Thursday of each month, with exception of June (Annual Meeting), August (Budget focus) and December (holidays). Homeowners are welcome to attend in the Board meeting and speak during the Open Forum, to share information or concerns with the board; each person is allotted 2 minutes time to share during this time, so that everyone has an opportunity. This year the schedule falls as such:

The 2025 Annual Meeting of 8000 Del Donore Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at The Oaks Clubhouse Office located at 8000 Donore Place, San Antonio, Texas 78229.
If a quorum is not met at the June 14th meeting, Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvened date. The reconvened meeting will be held at The Oaks Clubhouse Office located at 8000 Donore Place, San Antonio, Texas 78229.
