2024 Annual Members Meeting (Members Meeting)

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Spring Branch Townhomes Homeowner’s Association, Inc. will be on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., in Room 106 of the Trini Mendenhall Community Center located at 1414 Wirt Road, Houston, Texas 77055. Travel time from our community to the community center is less than 10 minutes, even during times of high traffic. Please note that the community center is directly across the street from Kroger and Petco and is slightly set back from the road.
