Lake House Closure - Facility and Card Key Info
In preparation of the management company transition on July 1, 2022, the Lake House business offices will be undergoing some minor renovations. Effective Friday, May 20, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. through June 30, 2022 the Lake House will be closed to walk-in traffic. Card keys will not work on the Lake House facility during this time.

Residents who would like to schedule a private rental may visit the C.I.A. Services West Houston office located at: 16225 Park Ten Place, Suite 600 Houston, Texas 77084 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (closed 1-2 PM for lunch) beginning Monday, May 23rd through Wednesday, June 29th. *Please note, facility tours will not be permitted from May 23rd through June 30th.

Residents who would like to obtain a card key will have the 2 options listed below:

1.      You may contact the Community Assistant at 281-394-7195 ext. 1 or by email at lakehouse@mycincoranch.com to request that card keys be mailed to your mailing address on file.

2.      You may visit the C.I.A. Services West Houston office located at: 16225 Park Ten Place, Suite 600 Houston, Texas 77084 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (closed 1-2 PM for lunch) beginning Monday, May 23rd through Wednesday, June 29th. Closed on major holidays.
