Updated ACC Guidelines – Pending Approval
Property Owner Associations typically revise their ACC guidelines every 4-5 years.

Bridlewood’s newest ACC guidelines have been a collaborative effort of the Board and ACC members since February 2025. Their last update was in 2021. After seven meetings attended by Board and ACC members, the project was completed and sent for review by the BEPOA attorney to ensure compliance with our covenants and laws, maintaining consistency
and legal enforceability.

The Special Board Meeting on Monday is held because the Annual Meeting’s primary purpose is to conduct elections, not regular business. As always, the Guidelines have been revised to remain compliant with current laws and enhance the living experience of residents, considering the evolving landscape of technology and materials. restated ACC guidelines, along with a detailed list of changes from the 5th amended guidelines, are attached.
