Park & Playgrounds
Park & Playgrounds Located within walking distance of every section, The Reserve at Clear Lake offers pockets parks with fun playground equipment for kids of all ages.

Pool & Splash Pad
The community pool is located at 5837 El Dorado Blvd. Houston, TX 77059.

Note: the Pool will be closed on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance. The last Day of Pool Season is September 29th.

Starting August 12th the pool will only be open on weekends through September 29th.

The pool may be rented for private/semi-private pool parties before or after the pool opens/closes. All rentals are subject to a $75.00 rental fee plus all fees assessed by Gulf Coast Aquatics for booking and lifeguard services.

Lifeguards
Gulf Coast Aquatics, Inc. is hiring and training professional lifeguards for the 2023 pool season! This is an American Red Cross program that certifies you in Lifeguard Training, First Aid and CPR with AED. The prerequisite for this course is you must be at least 15 years old. Classes will be held from March- July. If you are interested in becoming a Professional Lifeguard, please visit the website www.gulfcoastaquatics.com 

Tennis & Volley Ball Courts
Tennis & Volley Ball Courts The tennis and volleyball courts are located at 5837 El Dorado Blvd. Houston, TX 77059.

The tennis courts are accessible from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Access cards are required for entry to the courts.

Walking & Biking Trails
Walking & Biking Trails Take in the serene open green spaces along miles of landscaped walking and biking trails throughout the neighborhood.

Association

Assessments
Assessments The assessments are due on January 1st of each year and provide for services in the community. Every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment. If you do not receive a statement, please submit an accounts receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time.

Exterior Modification
Exterior Modification All exterior alterations or improvements to property in The Reserve at Clear Lake must be reviewed and approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. The ARC will review the request and render a decision. If it is not approved as submitted, the ARC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval.   

Please note, all applications for swimming pools require a $2,500.00 deposit. Applications for swimming pools will not be processed until receipt of the deposit. Deposits should be made payable to The Reserve at Clear Lake City Community Association mailed to the North office at 18333 Timber Forest Dr., Humble, Texas 77346.

To complete your application, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There you will enter all of the information needed in order for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied with project details or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project in conjunction with the property lines and easements when applicable.

Water Service
Water Service Reserve at Clear Lake Community Association is maintained by Clear Lake City Water Service.

Trash Service
Trash Service Trash service is provided for the non-gated sections by the City of Houston. Residents will need to call  713-837-0311 to set up service and obtain a trash container. 

Collection days - every Thursday.

Recycling collection days - 2nd and 4th Thursday

Heavy Trash collection days - 2nd Wednesday of designated bulk waste collection month. Bulk Waste months are February, April, June, August, October and December.

Trash service is provided for the gated sections by Waste Management. Residents will need to contact Waste Management at 800-800-5804 to set up service and obtain a recycling bin. Containers are necessary for trash collection. Recycling is on Firidays only.

Heavy trash pickup - Fridays, not to exceed 2 items.

Streetlight Repair Requests
Streetlight Repair Requests CenterPoint Energy maintains streetlights throughout the association. If a light is out or blinking, please call CenterPoint at 713-207-2222 or report it online. You will be asked to provide:

 

 

  • a pole number for the non-functioning lights you want to report
  • contact information (in case more information is needed to locate a streetlight
  • an e-mail address (if you want feedback regarding your repair request)
  • the number of streetlights you want to report

Electric Service The electricity provider for the community is Startex Power. They can be contacted at 1-866-917-8271.
