You may submit your payment by mail, in person, or on-line

Committees
Committees Woodforest North Section II needs a few good volunteers to head up committees to help with the community. The Association is always looking for additional volunteers interested in making the neighborhood a great place to live.

A detailed description of all of our committees is provided on the Become a Volunteer page.

Curb Appeal
Curb Appeal

Curb appeal is what you, visitors and perspective buyers see when driving or walking through our neighborhood. First impressions are lasting impressions. Here are a few things you can do in order to create curb appeal and a good first impression.

1.
Keep your garage doors closed if the garage is being used for storage or as an area to socialize
2. Keep your lawn, shrubs and surrounding area well maintained
3. Park your car in the driveway
4. Pick up trash and old newspapers
5. Remove trash and recycle bins from the curb side in a timely manner
6. Store trash and recycle bins out of sight

Community Garage Sales
Community Garage Sales The Association sponsors two community wide garage sales each year. Other garage sales are prohibited.

Spring: Last Saturday in April from 6 am to 12 pm.

Fall: Last Saturday in October from 6 am to 12 pm.

The Community posts signs at the entrances of the subdivision and runs an ad in the local paper and the Houston Chronicle.

Exterior Modifications
Exterior Modifications All exterior alterations or improvements to a property must be reviewed and approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. The ACC will review the request and render a decision within 30 days. If it is not approved as submitted, the ACC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval.

To complete your application, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There you will enter all of the information needed in order for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied with project details or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project in conjunction to the property lines and easements when applicable.

As soon as you have gathered your information, you are ready to get started.

Visit the Community Documents page to review all of the governing documents or click Modification Guidelines.
