- For an additional pick-up, call 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000. This is available up to 3 times per year for a small fee.
- To report a lost or damaged cart, call 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000.
Missed Collections
Report a missed cart online or by calling 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000. Please do not report until after 5 p.m. Drivers may not be finished with their routes until the end of the day.
