Assessments

The Board of Directors has set the 2025 assessment at $1,147.56 or $286.89 quarterly.

The Community Center’s Assessments are paid through the LTC2HOA and are assessed to each owner quarterly at a rate of $52.80 per quarter.

Total Annual Assessments = $1,358.76

The assessments are not applied to the account yearly but quarterly, and the assessment will be billed to the account the month before the quarter. If two lots are re-platted into one lot, they will only be billed for one.

This reflects a 3.3% increase from 2024.

Assessment Due Date:

January 1st

April 1st

July 1st

October 1st

Accounts will become delinquent if not paid within 30 days of the due date.

Trash pick-up days are on Wednesday Recycling is picked up on Monday. This service must be set up by the homeowner.

Missed Collections

Report a missed cart online or by calling 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000. Please do not report until after 5 p.m. Drivers may not be finished with their routes until the end of the day.
