The Cloverdale Residental Association, Inc. is a new development located off TX-288 and just South of Airport Boulevard. Cloverdale is made up of a charming collection of 8 energy-efficient home designs. 

Water Submetering
The Cloverdale Residential Association has contracted Inframark for submetering water services to each indivdual home. 

Submetering allows each homeowner to accurately track and be billed for their residence’s water usage. This system also allows residents to be notifed of spikes in water usage to prevent serious water damage from potentially leaks.
