Clubhouse Rental
Property owners can rent the GVCA Clubhouse (8522 Vista Hills Dr)

All rentals must be requested a minimum of two weeks from the desired rental date to allow time to confirm Board member open/close availability.

• Nonrefundable Usage Fee is $75.00 per hour with a four-hour (4) minimum. Payment can be submitted as a check or money order payable to Grand Vista Community Association. (Cash not accepted.)

• Nonrefundable Admin Fee is $30.00. Payment can be submitted as a check or money order payable to C.I.A. Services, Inc. (Cash not accepted.)

• Security Deposit is $300.00. Payment can be submitted as a check or money order payable to Grand Vista Community Association. (Cash not accepted.)

Access period includes all set-up and clean-up time. The Premises must be cleaned and vacated by the end time stated or the entire security deposit will be forfeited. Rental hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. All events and clean up must end by 11:00 p.m.

The Premises is not available for rent on the following days: New Year Day, Spring Break Week (weekend before and after), Good Friday, the day after Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Father’s Day weekend, the day before Independence Day and after, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, the day and weekend after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day through New Year’s Eve.

Northside Recreation Center
Overlooking the community ponds is the Northside Recreation Center. Located at 8522 Vista Hills Dr, this center features a large lap pool, wading pool, playground, park, clubhouse, and parking.

Residents must have an access card to visit the pool. To obtain your access card, click here to fill out the online form or here to view the paper form. If using the paper form, please mail your form and payment to 18333 Timber Forest Drive, Humble, TX 77346. The first card for your home is free. Any additional or replacement cards are $35.00 each.

The pool is open during lifeguarded hours only.

2024 Pool Schedule:

May 4th - May 19th the pool will be open on weekends only from 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Memorial Day weekend (May 25th - May 27th) the pool will be open from 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Starting May 29th and running through August 4th, the pool will be open on Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. During this time, the pool will be closed every Monday for cleaning.

From August 10th through September 29th the pool will return to being open only on the weekends from 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Labor Day weekend (August 31st - September 2nd) the pool will be open from 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Water Services
Water services are provided by Municipal District Service. M.U.D. #30.
