Welcome to Westridge Cove!
Westridge Cove is home to many amenities that all ages can enjoy! The clubhouse, is the central hub of the community. Located at 12019 Moonlight Path Dr it is known for its resort-style amenities and appearance. Below are a few things The clubhouse includes.
- Fitness center.
- Office.
- Board meeting room.
- Restrooms. Restroom will have restricted access from 10 p.m. through 7 a.m.
The Westridge Cove clubhouse can be accessed using your community fob except during restricted access time; from 11 p.m. through 4:30 a.m.
Pool
Take the plunge at The Westridge Cove pool and feel like its vacation every day. Located right outside the clubhouse is the community’s resort-style pool with a 2-story waterslide, kids splash zone, beach entry and tanning ledges.
Next to the pool you will find the community’s splashpad and pavilion. At Westridge Cove, fun and relaxation are just a splash away.

Note: the Pool will be closed on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance. The last Day of Pool Season is September 29th.

Association
Exterior Modification
All exterior alterations or improvements to a property must be reviewed and approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. The ACC will review the request and render a decision within 30 days. If it is not approved as submitted, the ACC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval.
To complete your application, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There you will enter all of the information needed in order for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied with project details or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project in conjunction with the property lines and easements when applicable.

Assessments
The assessments are due on January 1st of each year and provide for services in the community every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment. If you do not receive a statement, please submit an accounts receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time.
The Board of Directors set the 2024 Assessment at $869.00. You may submit your payment by mail, in person, or online.
