Clubhouse Facility
Rancho Verde Residential Community residents have access to the Rancho Verde Community Association clubhouse facility due to a shared-use agreement entered into between the two Associations.
The clubhouse is located at 2010 Rancho Grande Drive next to the pool and playground. For information on how to rent the clubhouse for private parties, please click here.
Pool Gate Access Cards
Residents of Rancho Verde can enjoy swimming in the community’s pool located at 2010 Rancho Drive next to the playground and clubhouse.
The pool is available to rent for parties during C.I.A. Services at facilities@ciaservices.com to request pool rental.
Residents will be required to have a pool gate access card to use the pool. Access the registration form by clicking here. You may request a pool gate access card online and pick it up at the RVCA clubhouse on the next scheduled community distribution date.
Or, please email a completed form to RVCAPoolCards@gmail.com. Once eligibility is confirmed, an RVCA board member will process the application and You will be contacted with information on how to obtain your card.
Please remember you will need to provide the following items:
1. Proof of residency is required. (photo ID showing a Rancho Verde address or Photo ID and a utility bill showing a Rancho Verde address)
2. If you are leasing the property, you will need a photocopy of your current lease. (page showing address, names and lease period)
3. The Homeowner as shown on record with CIA Services must complete the waiver form; if leasing, the Lessee or Tenant must complete the waiver form
4. The account must have a zero balance
GATE ACCESS CARDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF YOUR ASSOCIATION DUES ARE NOT PAID IN FULL. ACCOUNTS SET-UP ON A PAYMENT PLAN WILL NOT BE ISSUED POOL PASSES (ACCESS CARDS) UNTIL THE ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL.
Adult residents are responsible for their guests while they are inside the pool fence enclosure. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to bring guests into the pool area without an adult resident from the same household present at all times.

Electric Providers
Since electricity deregulation has occurred in Texas, consumers may choose from a number of companies for electricity.

Streetlights
CenterPoint Energy maintains streetlights throughout Rancho Verde. If a light is out or blinking, please call CenterPoint at (713) 207-2222 or report it online.
You will be asked to provide:
- a pole number for the non-functioning lights you want to report
- contact information (in case more information is needed to locate a streetlight)
- an e-mail address (if you want feedback regarding your repair request)
- the number of streetlights you would like to report
Water
Rancho Verde Residential Community is served by MUD 84 and MUD 53, depending on which section your home is located in. To set up new service or report issues related to your water service in MUD 84, call Municipal District Services at 281-290-6507. For billing questions call 281-290-6503. You may also visit their website for service matters or to pay your water bill.

Trash Service
Beginning March 1, 2019, trash service will be provided by Republic Services. Normal trash collections will be on Tuesday and Friday of each week. Republic Services provides a 95-gallon cart to each home.
Heavy trash will be picked up once a month, on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
Please have your trash at the curb by 7 a.m. on collections days.
Residents will be billed on a quarterly basis by Republic Services in the amount of $45 for garbage collections services and a $5.95 administrative fee.

HCSO Vacation Watch
Going out of town? Let the Harris County Sheriff’s Office know and they’ll make sure their deputies keep an eye on your home.
Complete the attached form and return it in person or by fax to your nearest HCSO substation. HCSO deputies will then periodically drive by your home to make sure there are no cars in the driveway that shouldn’t be there and that no one is at your home that shouldn’t be there. This is just another way HCSO is looking out for you.
