Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Hunterwood Village II Homeowners Association will be on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. If a quorum is not met at the November 14th meeting at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. has been chosen as the 1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting. Both meetings will be held at the Hunterwood Village II Park, located at 6262 Foxhunter Road, Houston, Texas 77049.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
