Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Oak Creek Property Owners Association, Inc. will be on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the GVEC Seguin Meeting Room, located at 927 N TX-46, Seguin, Texas 78155.

This meeting will also include a vote on a special assessment. Please see the included letter from the Board for more information.

Election. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
