Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. A Special Meeting of the Members of Rancho Verde Residential Community, Inc. will be held online at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings.

All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature.
Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.

ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The candidate who receives the most votes will be elected to serve a three-year term. The candidate who receives the next most votes will be elected to serve a two-year term. The candidate who receives the next most votes will be elected to serve a one-year term. Write-in candidates are allowed.
