Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Avondale Residential Property Owners Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

If a quorum is not met at the 6:30 p.m. meeting, Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:40 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st Reconvened Annual Meeting. This meeting will be held online using the same connection information as the 6:30 p.m. meeting. Immediately following the annual meeting, a short Board meeting will be held. Residents are welcome to attend.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
