Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Encino Mesa Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

If a quorum is not met at the February 4th meeting, Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting date. This meeting will be held online using the same meeting link and meeting ID as the February 4th meeting.

ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
