Why are we conducting this election?
MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2nd Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.
Unfortunately, the quorum requirements of the association were not met at our last attempt. Thus, the Election of Directors was unable to take place. However, an update on the community’s projects and progress was given. The purpose of the 2nd Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting is for the Election of Directors only. The community needs you to vote to ensure a quorum is achieved and your Board of Directors election can be held! You will not need to submit a new vote if you have already submitted your vote.
ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
VALIDATION. You must enter the 6 digit PIN from the written meeting announcement to validate your vote. Votes without a PIN or with an incorrect PIN will not be counted.
